Return & Refund Policy

At UNWATERED, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer experience.

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@unwatered.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
